“I have recently completed the 12-week self-love programme, I wanted to share just how amazing it has been for me and hope it can help many more people. After years of anxiety and more recently, overpowering negative self-talk I decided to reach out to Victoria.
The panic attacks I used to have faded and that horrible inner bitch, the one that told me I was fat/ugly/no good is now unable to get into my head and take over my life.
I have learnt to literally love myself, every day! I now speak compassionately to myself and replace my negative thoughts with words of encouragement and understanding. After 3 months of practice, guidance, love and support this no longer needs to force, it happens naturally.
This journey I have been on has quite simply been life-changing. My whole life is different now because of the self-love programme. I’ve gone from being an emotional wreck every day to actually quite calm and I can finally breathe! I can look in the mirror and not want to cry, I do the things that make me happy and I have learnt new ways to ‘do life’ and cope with the ups and downs without the pain and tears.
I’ve learnt to tune into my likes, needs, self-care, goals, daily things to make me feel good! I’ve learnt the importance of exercise for fun and to feel good, not just as a punishment to lose weight. I’ve learnt the value of nutrition and eating what feels good and listen to my body’s needs, not labelling foods good or bad and then punishing myself after eating them. I’ve learnt when to relax and look after myself, whatever that my might be dancing, sleeping, journaling, reading, water, bath, candles or my favourite film.
I can not thank you Victoria enough. The gift she had given me is priceless and I’m truly grateful. Her dedication to helping others and the professionalism of her courses are just outstanding. The resources provided are fun, inspiring and easy to use. They are a perfect balance of various type of activities to appeal to all learning types. I enjoyed the audios and worksheets the best. It made me feel understood and evidenced the progress I was making every week and over the 3 months.
