“When I reached out to Victoria I had an obsession with losing weight due to low self-esteem. I really felt like I just needed to find ‘the perfect way’ to eat and exercise to lose weight. I had a complete loss of control around ‘processed foods’ and I was consumed by thoughts of food and weight loss.
Previously I had tried calorie counting. Weight Watchers, reading endless articles/books and watching YouTube videos on weight loss. I had worked with nutritionists, PTs, hypnotherapy, and traditional therapy.
I was sceptical if anything would ever work for me as I’ve had issues with food and weight since I was a young child, but having watched a few videos of Victoria’s that resonated with me, I felt I had no choice but to go and do something different.
