“When I started working with you, I’d been on the intuitive eating diet for 9 months already. I’d worked with an intuitive eating dietician and I felt slightly more relaxed around food but I just knew something wasn’t quite right. Surely there shouldn’t be rules to intuitive eating? I found myself obsessing about how full or hungry I was, trying to time it just right. I thought of looking for a counsellor or therapist to help in this area and a google search led me to you.

When we had our discovery call and you called what I was doing the “intuitive eating diet” I knew immediately you were the right person, you got precisely where I was at with me barely having said anything. When you spoke about all the different elements you cover in your coaching, I was a bit shocked. There were so many elements I’d not even considered before. The depth of your coursework alone is worth so much more than you charge Vic! You’ve put so much work into the contents of the online course, it really shows. Add in the coaching element and it’s just incredible the amount of support offered.

My relationship with food and my body has hugely improved. I no longer run away screaming from the mirror. I wear whatever I want to. I eat whatever I want to. I move how and when I want to. The judgement towards myself and others has reduced so dramatically. All in 3 months. I still can’t believe all I’ve achieved in such a short time. I had so much more confidence that I even strutted into a new job with almost zero effort on my part. This self-love and self-confidence stuff affects all areas of your life and it really is just pure magic.

It also doesn’t hurt that you’re funny, warm and kind by nature and are so easy to talk to. You’re incredible and what you do is life-changing. I will wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone struggling with anything related to food and body image. In fact, I have to try not to force it down people’s throats to look you up to work with you.
