Let’s be clear; I’m a highly skilled and experienced coach, but I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, counsellor or medical doctor. Everything I share is based on personal experience, years of deep transformational work, and the magic of working with incredible humans, not from a textbook. My offerings are for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional mental health or medical advice. I’m bloody good at what I do, some may say the best, but let’s not pretend I have a magic wand. The real magic happens when you take radical responsibility for your journey, show up for yourself, and use my guidance with intention. I’ll walk beside you, but I won’t drag you. You’ve got to do the hard as fuck inner work. And when you do, I guarantee you’ll recover. However long it takes, I’m with you until you’re free.
