Binge eating on a regular basis (pretty much daily).
What had you tried previously to resolve your problem?
every book you can imagine, therapy, nutritionists etc.
Did you think working with me would “work” for you? Why or why not?
I wasn’t sure but felt confident as you had been in my place and come out the other side, so I figured you could guide me on how to do it, it was mainly just to have someone that actually knew how I felt/was going through.
How is your relationship with food and your body now?
so so so much better, I haven’t binged for months, enjoy food and am starting to make choices daily, the relationship with my body is a lot better, I actually now move and exercise for my mental health rather than to lose weight, so I enjoy it more and have built it into my lifestyle, rather than torturing myself at high paces stressful HIIT classes that caused me anxiety (that then caused me to binge).
Would you recommend me to others to help them with food and body struggles? Why? yes, 100%, Victoria not only gives hope but is available throughout the day on text for those things that pop up that can be squashed rather than acted on. She really gets the struggle around EDs, I have had a lot of therapy and although they are great they never healed me like this as they haven’t been in that place, and they can’t share their own experiences. She is the blueprint for recovery, can’t recommend her enough, in some ways I guess she has saved my life, things were getting really bad and would have continued to do so, that’s a terrible place and one I luckily never have to be any more.
