Before working with Victoria
Before I started working with Victoria, my self-confidence was really low and I couldn’t find self-love within myself. I struggled with eating meals and found it incredibly difficult to challenge myself.
I hated my body and hated myself for not being able to eat “normally.” I felt weird and different—in a bad way—like I didn’t fit in. My relationship with food was awful, and I couldn’t enjoy eating at all.
I reached out for support because I wanted to find self-love again and live in freedom.
During our coaching journey
What made this coaching experience different was having someone who truly understood what I was going through—because Victoria had lived it too. She offered advice and resources that actually helped me move forward.
One moment that really shifted things for me was when we talked about my positive qualities—and how, because of them, it doesn’t matter what others think of me.
The tools Victoria gave me had a huge impact. One that helped most during meals was imagining that I’m the beautiful blue sky, and my thoughts are just clouds passing by.
During our sessions, I felt relaxed, happy, and safe. I knew I was in a space where I could be honest without judgment.
Where I am now
Now, I can honestly say I love myself for who I am. I’ve found happiness and realized there’s so much to live for—especially knowing I’m surrounded by people who love and appreciate me for my personality.
I feel more comfortable in my body. Yes, I still struggle sometimes (especially with my last main meal of the day), but I now understand that pushing through those thoughts is how I make progress.
My self-love and self-worth have completely changed. I rarely criticize myself anymore, and I honestly couldn’t care less about what others think or say about me.
I truly believe recovery is possible. It’ll take time and effort, but I know I can do it—because I can do hard things.
For anyone considering coaching
To anyone struggling right now: I want you to know that you can do hard, challenging things too. If you’re dedicated to becoming free again, you can live the life you deserve—filled with happiness, laughter, self-love, and acceptance.
I would absolutely recommend this work to others. Victoria makes it easy to open up, even if you usually find that hard. She’s welcoming, non-judgmental, and genuinely understands what you’re going through. You can trust her—and her work—a lot.
