“I discovered Victoria’s podcast by chance when I was looking for something to help me overcome binge eating. I was immediately engaged as Victoria has such a friendly spirit and a down-to-earth attitude.

The podcasts began to help not only with my feelings towards food but also in other areas of my life. I was making changes and doing really well with the podcasts but it was when I started to work through the sample programme modules that I realised I couldn’t work through some of my issues alone and needed the support of others.

I realised I needed to invest in myself.  I wouldn’t hesitate in investing in my children if they were having these issues so why was I cautious about investing in myself. That was when I reached out to join the group coaching. I felt apprehensive at first about sharing and opening up about things I’ve never spoken out loud before but Victoria helped me feel safe about joining but also made me feel that the support I could offer in the group to others would be of value.

From the moment I joined I was welcomed in as if I’d always been part of the family.  We not only share each other’s insecurities, worries and successes but we also share the nice things we are doing in everyday life just like you would with real-life friends.

The ladies in the group have always got words of support if I’m having “a moment” and Victoria is always there backing that up and helping you dive deeper into your inner thoughts so you can make sense of what’s going on in your head.

The online programme has been so amazing.  It has helped me address things in my past that I didn’t think had any impact but clearly did.  Because the modules are there all the time, forever, if I feel that I’m not mentally ready to tackle the next module I just go back, revisit previous recordings and worksheets and spend as long as I need to work through things before moving on.

And I know that Victoria is always there to support me no matter how big or small the question.  She is caring and supportive and will explain the same thing over and over to you if that is what you need to help you on your journey.

This programme and group have truly transformed my life. I have no guilt about eating any food anymore and I accept and love my body however it looks and feels each day.

My life, no rephrase…… I HAVE changed so much in that time, my thoughts have changed so much, my self-worth has changed so much. Here are some highlights.

* I am no longer triggered by diet adverts or diet talk
* I no longer think sugar is the devil
* I no longer feel ashamed if I “binge”
* I still body check in windows and mirrors but instead of looking to see how bad I look I’m checking myself out – “you look god damn good today” “you look smokin’ in that outfit”
* I no longer hate myself when I look in the mirror
* I am no longer fearful of food
* I have stopped judging other people’s bodies and therefore I don’t feel like they are judging me.
* I am starting to know what emotions I’m feeling
* I have discovered the joy in journaling and meditation
* I am grateful for gratitude
* I am able to write my own affirmations now
* I am discovering all the things I can do when I’m feeling bored
* I am making myself a priority
