AND trying to conform to unrealistic ideals is lowering your quality of life dramatically… so give it up my love.

The key is to develop a neutral attitude towards your reflection – to be able to carry on with your day, regardless of how you’re feeling about your appearance. Remember, your worth is not determined by how you look on any given day. There is a lot of shame that can come up when working on body image so share how you feel with someone who can hold you in these feelings.
Breaking Free from Societal Constraints
It’s time to break free from the shackles of societal expectations and embrace your individuality. Don’t let society dictate how you should look or feel about yourself. You are unique, and that is something to be celebrated, not hidden away. Embrace your quirks, your flaws, and everything that makes you who you are because you are freaking awesome exactly how you are… yep, even you!
